  • Blueberry Soup Recipe
    • 2 cups frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 small lemon, juice only (zest optional)
    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • optional: potato starch slurry (1/2 tsp potato starch + 1 tsp water)
    • Directions: heat all ingredients in sauce pan except starch; stir occasionally; when warm add starch slurry, if using; continue stirring until hot.
